Commercial Electrical Installations - Private & Public Sector

We have a specialised team for Commercial installations such as large factories, unit blocks, wineries, commercial laundries, hotels, pharmacies, medical centres, hobby, dairy and stock feed farms and sheep stations.

One of our divisions focuses on quick response calls to banks, insurance companies and the public sector, such as Government and Parliamentary offices.

Having worked closely with such public sector organisations over a long period of time, we are comfortable in administering the complex paper work of Public Works Departments, Teacher Housing, Real Estate rent rolls, Transition and Logistics companies as well as Extended Warranty providers and sensitive Pharmaceutical complexes.

Industrial Electrical Installations

A large portion of the business is also devoted to automated control stations in Queensland for water storage, movement and treatment.

We have vast experience in irrigation, pumping and maintaining large portfolios in the public sector such as sewerage pumping stations for Water Boards, State Rivers and Water Supply Commissions, fish hatcheries and hospitals.

Domestic Electrical Installations

The wiring of new homes for large developers and builders is another specialty area.

We have a large portfolio of clients taking advantage of the housing boom on the Gold Coast in “Quality” as apposed to “Quantity” style building. All installations are planned carefully in consultation with the builder and, if necessary, the buyer, to ensure their personal touches are added.

The library of blue prints and industrial cad drawings of many of Brisbane and the Coast’s most noted industrial establishments is a valuable Intellectual Property.

Pipeline Inspection Systems

A section of the workshop is also devoted to an industrial lab, where pipe cameras are brought in from all over Australia from plumbers, far-flung City Councils, mines, refineries, utility providers and general CCTV companies to repair these delicate instruments and the “tractors” on which they travel.
